Cast rubber
Bitmat LG's solid insulating rubbers have high density (1900 kg/m3) and are resistant to weather conditions. They are used in construction and Industry. They combine the properties of very high sound insulation (with special attention to low-frequency sounds) with thermal insulation properties. An S version with an adhesive layer is available.

Gaskets and tapes
Self-adhesive gaskets are high-quality products that will work well for sealing and improving the insulating properties of various surfaces. Made of EPDM rubber, foam rubber and polyurethane foam. They are distinguished by elasticity, resistance to weather conditions and mechanical damage.
A wide range of tapes made of aluminium, polyethylene, EPDM, rubber or butyl are used for joining insulating foams, removing creaking plastics or as wall bumpers to protect car doors. Double-sided adhesive tapes are also available.

Rubber foams
Insulation foam foamed synthetic rubber is a key solution for professional thermal and acoustic insulation. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it is waterproof and vapor-proof, which prevents the formation of mold. KEvery great story has its beginning — for Bitmat it all started with... a unique car. The Honda CRX, a modest student means of transportation, was as loud as an airplane taking off. Each ride was a challenge until one day the decision was made: “It's time to do something about it!” The soundproofing of the car turned out to be a hit. The silence behind the wheel was not only a relief for the owner, but also attracted the attention of acquaintances. However, the problem was the availability of soundproofing materials — the market in Poland practically did not offer them. And it was this need that became the impetus for the creation of the Bitmat brand.
Honda CRX went down not only in the history of the company, but also on television - it became the star of the series Criminal on TVN. Although the car had its moment of fame, the real success was born in 2009, when it was created Bitmat — initially operating as an online and stationary store in Marki near Warsaw. The company focused on sound insulation materials, responding to the growing demand for this type of products.
The rapid growth of Bitmat's popularity meant that the offer began to expand to include thermal insulation and technical materials. With the development came the time for larger spaces and new opportunities — the company moved to its own production and warehouse building in Łąki near Radzymin. It was here that the new era of Bitmat began — the company not only sold, but also produced its own innovative materials. Production lines made it possible to introduce, among others. self-adhesive materials and insulation with aluminum layer, which opened the door to order personalization for B2B customers. In the meantime, Bitmat was developing its logistics and warehouse facilities, which made it possible to serve more and more customers. Today, the company offers products such as double-sided aluminum coated foams or materials with dedicated adhesive coatings, responding to the most sophisticated needs of the market.

It depends on the order. If it is for standard products then our stock should satisfy the most demanding customers. If the production is made to order, the time is different and information about the lead time will be provided by the sales manager.

Yes. If our production capabilities allow it, we make from our raw materials products adapted specifically for a specific customer.
